Adult swim workouts led by certified coaches for fitness, triathletes and former competitors to improve endurance, refine stroke technique, build strength and cardiovascular health, train for triathlons or adult competition and swim stronger together
QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. - Arizonar -- Adult swimmers across the Southeast Valley now have access to structured, professionally coached training through the Masters program at Arizona Tritons.
Serving swimmers from Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and San Tan Valley, the program provides adult swim workouts, technique-focused coaching and competitive Masters swim training in a supportive and motivating team environment.
Led by Head Coach Jessica Englund, the Arizona Tritons adult program is designed for a wide range of swimmers—including former competitive swimmers, triathletes, fitness swimmers and adults returning to the sport after any length of time away.
Beyond performance benefits, swimming is widely recognized as one of the most effective full-body workouts available. Regular training supports heart and lung health, improves aerobic endurance and provides a low-impact form of exercise that is easy on joints while still delivering high calorie burn for strength, weight loss and overall fitness.
