Attorney Lars O. Lagerman Joins Snell & Wilmer's Phoenix Office

PHOENIX - Arizonar -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Lars O. Lagerman ( has joined Snell & Wilmer as of counsel in its Phoenix office.

Lagerman is a real estate attorney with experience spanning from the acquisition, development and construction of single-family residential subdivisions, shopping centers, hotels and office buildings to the negotiation and documentation of major credit facilities for master-planned communities and golf courses. Along with his wide-ranging deal experience, Lagerman routinely works with lenders on real estate loan workouts and foreclosures, receiverships and guarantee enforcement.

With a practice that reaches locally and internationally, Lagerman is routinely involved in public land issues before the Arizona State Land Department and often represents clients in complex cross-border deals. His intimate knowledge of Arizona's real estate industry allows him to act as local counsel for a number of national firms when their transactions have an Arizona connection. In addition to his work in Arizona, Lagerman also works extensively with clients on projects in California.

Lagerman founded the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Arizona in 1996 and is still involved to this day. He serves Honorary Swedish Consul for the State of Arizona. Additionally, he participates in the National law Center for Inter-America Free Trade and the Arizona-Mexico Commission. He speaks fluent Swedish and conversational Spanish.

Lagerman graduated with distinction with a J.D. from The University of Arizona and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College.
