The need that most people strive for is the nutritional consumption of natural resources that are essential for survival

"For me life is continuously being hungry. The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer." - Arnold Schwarzenegger
In one of the worst times in American history the United States government failed in national monetary operations. This was in the year of 1929. This event is known as the Great Depression; however, the elected President Franklin D. Roosevelt introduced Section 32 of Public Law 74-320 in 1935. This was labeled as the food stamp program to help the lower class, and or those that lived in poverty receive nutritional food.
Now 87 years later the food stamp program has been amended in order to reduce the federal spending budget. But most recipients are complaining that the new regulations are too strict, and asking them to work without basic skills is un-American. The residents of the state of Arizona are in disarray because the new federal regulations have caused over 400,000 residents to lose benefits according to the 12 News media network.

Nick Karmia of Cronkite News reported that the average monthly food stamp benefit in the state of Arizona is about $361. Is it possible for the governor Katie Hobbs to provide approximately $144,400,000 in funding for the 400,000 Arizona residents that lost their food stamp benefits? As the federal government continues to cut spending will the food stamp program eventually become insolvent? The rising inflation on food, gas, and energy has caused Americans to explore options at local food pantries, but those free food providers are complaining that the demand outweighs the supplies.
