~ Mesa, AZ- The fall season is upon us and what better way to celebrate than with a free and family-friendly party in the park? Celebrate Mesa Presented by AT&T is back and promises to be bigger and better than ever before. The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Red Mountain Soccer Complex located at 905 N. Sun Valley Blvd.
Attendees of all ages can look forward to a wide variety of games, carnival rides, entertainment and more at the Celebrate Mesa Fall Festival. One of the highlights of the event will be the opportunity for adults and children to explore Police, Fire and other City of Mesa vehicles and equipment. Additionally, there will be numerous booths offering prizes as well as the chance to participate in the Mesa Arts Centers Mobile Art-Based Engagement Lab (MABEL), a pop-up community center on wheels.
This year's event will feature some exciting new additions such as the Dino Crew, an inflatable Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course, and the Super Fun N Fit Trike N Treat Race. Back by popular demand for its second consecutive year is wrestling from Phoenix Championship Wrestling featuring both men and women competing from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Other activities include axe throwing from AZ Social Axe, archery tag, and a rock climbing wall.

Live music will also be a major part of Celebrate Mesa with performances by Rock Lobster and Jaelyn Kay. The Battle of the Bands competition will also make a return this year with five youth bands vying for a grand prize of a studio recording at Stem Recording.
Children will have plenty of fun activities to enjoy including a petting zoo, tot spot, flight simulator, bounce houses, and kids' games. For just $5, attendees can have unlimited access to carnival rides (age and height restrictions may apply). And for those looking to meet some popular characters, Mrs. Potts Tea Party will have Ariel, Rapunzel, and Moana available for photos with their fans.
The food court at Celebrate Mesa will not disappoint with at least 20 food trucks offering a variety of delicious options such as frybread, crepes, soft pretzels, corn dogs, and yogurt. In addition to satisfying hunger cravings, Arizona Disabled Sports will be selling water and glow items to support upcoming competitions for athletes with disabilities.
