Cambria Hotels ~ Mesa, Arizona - The city of Mesa welcomed a new addition to its hospitality scene as Cambria Hotels broke ground on their latest property today. Known for their design-forward spaces and upscale amenities inspired by the local culture, the four-story, 107-room hotel is set to offer a new level of hospitality to the city.
One of the most exciting features of the Cambria Hotel Mesa will be its rooftop restaurant and bar, which will provide stunning views of the surrounding desert and urban landscape. The hotel will also feature a lobby bar, outdoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, grab-and-go market, guest laundry facilities, meeting rooms, and EV charging stations. Renderings of the property showcase a contemporary aesthetic that caters to both business and leisure travelers looking for an elevated stay experience.
The development of this new hotel is a joint effort between Aspect Hospitality Group, Clarity Strategic Opportunities, and O'Reilly Hospitality LLC. This collaboration reflects Cambria's focus on creating thoughtful and experience-driven properties that cater to the needs of modern travelers. Located at 3501 S. Ellsworth Road, the Cambria Hotel Mesa is expected to open in early 2027 with O'Reilly Hospitality Management LLC managing its day-to-day operations.

Tim O'Reilly, CEO of O'Reilly Hospitality Management LLC expressed his excitement about becoming a part of the Mesa community and bringing their brand's world-class guest service to the city.
The addition of this new hotel comes at a crucial time for southeast Mesa. Mayor Mark Freeman believes that it will strengthen the region's position and benefit visitors, employers, and residents alike.
