PHOENIX, Sept. 16, 2024 ~ Pacific Hospitality Group (PHG) has announced the groundbreaking of its newest independent lifestyle hotel in downtown Phoenix. In partnership with Berger Holdings and JWG Investments, an affiliate of Sunbelt Holdings, PHG is proud to introduce this new addition to their Meritage Collection. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on September 3, 2024, at the corner of Central and Adams, with the hotel set to open its doors in Fall 2026.

The four-star, four-diamond property will feature 236 rooms and will be built by Mortenson, with design by renowned architecture firm Gensler. This hotel aims to redefine luxury and style in downtown Phoenix, offering guests a unique and exceptional experience. The property will boast 23,000 square feet of premium meeting and event space, an upscale full-service restaurant and bar, a stunning rooftop bar and pool deck on the 17th floor with views of the downtown skyline, a luxury spa for both hotel guests and locals, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an upscale café.
