The East Mesa Service Center will permanently close Thursday, Dec. 30 at 6 p.m. due to a low amount of service inquiries at this location.
The self-serve kiosk and the drop box at the East Mesa Service Center, 6935 E. Decatur St., will still be available. The Mesa Municipal Building, 55 N. Center St., will remain open for in-person payments Mondays through Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. except holidays.
As an alternative, residents can pay their utility bill through the City of Mesa's online Utility portal, the Customer Service Call Center at (480) 644-2221 or use the SUREPAY automatic payment program for prompt posting to your account.
