Flagstaff Storage is Excited to Announce the Opening of 74 Fully Enclosed RV and Boat Units

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz., June 14, 2024 ~ Flagstaff Ranch Self Storage, located in Northern Arizona, has recently announced an expansion that will make it the largest storage facility in the region. The expansion, which will add 43,810 square feet to the existing 167,399 square feet, will bring the total square footage to 211,209-sf on 13 acres.

According to a press release issued by Flagstaff Ranch Self Storage in 2021, the facility had already expanded to an 8-acre satellite location across the street at 5582 Dark Sky Road. This new location opened on June 6, 2022 and offers a total of 56,571 square feet of drive-up and climate-controlled units. These units come in various sizes ranging from 5x10's to 12x30's.

The expansion is not yet complete as there are still plans for further growth. The left concrete pad and middle building currently show progress for the addition of 74 fully enclosed RV and boat units which are set to open in July of 2024. Additionally, there are plans for an additional 41 outdoor RV and boat parking spaces to be available for rent at this time.

The new facility boasts a spacious drive aisle of 60' and offers units in sizes of 14x40, 14x45, and 14x50. In a statement released by Flagstaff Ranch Self Storage, they expressed their enthusiasm for this project stating that it will be open to the public on July 1st, 2024.

But that's not all - Flagstaff Ranch Self Storage has even more plans for growth beyond this current expansion. They have announced their intention to add an additional 21,825-sf of fully enclosed RV and boat storage in the year of 2025. With these plans in motion, Flagstaff Ranch Self Storage is solidifying its position as the premier storage facility in Northern Arizona.
