Barsky has served as Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County Superior Court, holds a perfect 10.0 AVVO rating, and has been repeatedly recognized among the Top 100 Lawyers USA – Arizona.

From 2020 through 2025, Barsky served as first chair in more than 65 jury and family law trials throughout Arizona, securing millions of dollars in settlements for her clients.
