The meals will be available at pre-security at the new Coca-Cola Lounge in terminal 4, as well as post-security newsstand locations within the American Airlines gates.

The lineup of 5 delicious options includes:

1. Sea Free Ceviche - a plant-based ceviche made with fresh, clean ingredients
2. Outer Range BBQ Bowl - a hearty plant-based BBQ bowl packed with flavor
3. Southwest Quinoa Salad - a tangy quinoa salad with a Southwest twist
4. Pesto Pasta Perfection - a zesty veggie pasta dish that is sure to satisfy
5. Mocha Caramel Chia Pudding - a sweet treat perfect for breakfast or dessert

Every meal is handmade fresh in Phoenix using all clean, plant-based ingredients and every dish is both vegan and gluten free. Healthy Voyager Cafe is the latest project from celebrity vegan chef, nutritionist, award winning travel show host and media personality, Carolyn Scott, also known as The Healthy Voyager. The launch if Healthy Voyager Cafe is Latina woman owned and operated and is in partnership with Casa Unlimited, located in Phoenix, which is also Latina woman owned and operated.
