It has been said in the last decade that the American people should always come first before any other obligations, but as most people complain on social media their response is, " We are suffering." This very outcry includes every school aged child that has no authority to influence the hand that puts on the top hat that makes most decisions for the American population. The current United States Administration has concluded that the federal department of education has no more value in servicing the general public, and so the affairs of education have been reinstated to the sovereign States.

As educational institutional staff have witnessed many have been laid-off while annual budgets slashed making the survival of educational progress decline while doing so teachers resign in record numbers to be exact Statistica a provider of statistics, and market data had compiled data from the year of 2020 to 2024 revealing that over 79,000 teachers quit across the nation.
But there is a school that lay in the district of the city of Phoenix that stands out for its efforts no matter the lack of funding that it receives annually. It's a model some may say that could raise the bar for other schools as its head administrator Jennifer Sumida tells the story of an upcoming reconstruction of its school garden that seems to embed pride in the students while they help bring the garden project to life.
This school of promise is called Garfield Elementary School, no the cat Garfield is not the school's pet cat, but some students may have unruly behaviors that may remind some of that cat; the well structured planning for behavior modification by team efforts concluding by a positive smile implying, " We can do this."

Although the overall financial budget is lower than previous years this school's staff plan is to increase proficiency levels in English, Reading, and Math to over 35% depending on grade levels. As the city of Phoenix School district pulled back the curtain for BNSC News Group to be involved behind the scenes to learn that a school principal has a full deck of cards in her hand.
