SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Arizonar -- SCOTTSDALE -- KTAR radio host Mike Broomhead has joined the board of American Veterans Magazine, a nonprofit publication dedicated to sharing success stories of veterans.
Broomhead, a longtime supporter of veterans, said he is eager to contribute to the organization's mission.
"I'm just looking forward to telling the stories of veteran-owned businesses and telling some of the great stories of what veterans are accomplishing once they get to the civilian side of the world," he said.
The Arizona-based broadcaster has been widely recognized for his service to the veteran and first-responder community. His honors include:
