CRM Helps Home Service Pros Expand Digital Capabilities to Customers
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Arizonar -- Markate is pleased to announce its partnership with CompanyCam, a photo/video-based solution created for home service professionals.
Markate users can now offer their residential and commercial customers an expanded digital footprint," said Vijay Raj, Managing Director of Markate. "The trend to digitally record projects from start to finish is not slowing down. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.'"
According to Vijay, "The CompanyCam integration will allow Markate users to take unlimited photos and videos — which are location and time-stamped, sent to the cloud, and stored securely. The photos are organized by project and instantly available to the service team, allowing them to view a project anytime, anywhere."
The Markate Connector in phase one (1) will allow Markate users to pull 100 photos into documentation, such as estimates, work orders, and invoices. The rest of the images are stored securely on the cloud and easily accessible. Video uploads to Markate documentation will be available in a later release.

Additionally, Pros can annotate photos with drawings, arrows, comments, and tags. The app allows users to create project timelines, checklists, photo galleries, reports, and transformation photos. "Sharing photos with customers and other stakeholders has never been easier, and keeping your entire process organized has never been simpler, said Mike Knott, Partnership Coordinator, CompanyCam. "Our founder, Luke Hansen began with a focus on documenting contracting projects and soon found service professionals in many industries would benefit from the application. We are thrilled to bring our technology to the home service business owner through the Markate app."
CompanyCam is offering Markate users a free 14-day trial of CompanyCam and 20% off your first two (2) months of membership to get started. https://companycam.com/markate
