GILBERT, Ariz. - Arizonar -- Senior living owner/operator MBK Senior Living is now the operator of record for Savanna House, a 116-unit assisted living and memory care community in Gilbert, Arizona. The Irvine, California-based company operates 33 communities throughout the Western United States, including three others in the Valley.
Colorado-based ServiceStar Capital Management is the owner of Savanna House. According to Jeff Fischer, president of MBK Senior Living, MBK's tenured background in operational excellence, strong reputation of service, and authentic Yoi Shigoto ("the good work") culture drove ServiceStar's decision to select them as the community's operator.
"We look forward to our partnership with ServiceStar and utilizing our 30 years of senior living experience to exceed the care and quality expectations of Savanna House residents and families," said Fischer.

Savanna House offers seniors studio, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments, as well as private and semi-private memory care suites. Among the community's plethora of resort-style amenities are a large outdoor courtyard with putting green, movie theater, ice cream parlor, two beauty salons, fitness center, game and puzzle rooms, cozy seating areas, common spaces and more.
Elevating this wide array of community amenities are MBK Senior Living's signature programming and culture of care, and high-quality service. Savanna House residents will enjoy the new programming, including MBK Cuisine, Mind+Body Wellness, Connections for Living memory care, and Yoi Shigoto Gives Back philanthropic program.
"Often, the most anticipated change to a community is our MBK Cuisine that reflects the preferences of our residents as is prepared fresh daily to nourish and delight," said Fischer. "Our other signature programs wholistically support residents' needs and interests and offer a higher level of autonomy than most other communities," said Fischer.
