Mesa: Utility Bill System Upgrade

Trending...
~ Mesa, AZ - The city of Mesa has announced that they will be upgrading their customer information and utility billing system starting on Thursday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. until Sunday, Feb. 25. This means that during this time, customers will not be able to make online or telephone utility bill payments. In addition, the customer service phone center will also be closed on Friday, Feb. 23.

According to city officials, the upgrade is necessary to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the system. However, they understand that this may cause inconvenience for customers and have taken measures to minimize any disruptions.

To assist customers during this time, four self-service payment kiosks will be available for use. Three kiosks can be found at the Mesa Municipal Building located at 55 N. Center St., while one kiosk is located at the East Mesa Service Center at 6935 E. Decatur St., near the north-facing entry doors. It is important to note that any payments made through these kiosks during the upgrade will not be reflected on the customer's utility account balance until Monday, Feb. 26.
