Phoenix Associate Lynsie Zona Joins State Bar of Arizona's Young Lawyers Division Board

PHOENIX - Arizonar -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce Lynsie Zona has been selected to serve on the executive council for the Young Lawyers Division for the State Bar of Arizona. Since 1933 the State Bar of Arizona exists to serve the legal profession and the public. Consistent with these goals, the State Bar of Arizona seeks to improve the administration of justice and the competency, ethics, and professionalism of lawyers practicing in Arizona. The Young Lawyers Division is a dynamic community and professional service organization specifically created for new lawyers who are under 37 years of age or have been in practice for five years or less. Currently, the division has approximately 4,000 active members in the state, which represents nearly 28% of the total in-state active Bar membership. Zona is a member of the firm's commercial finance practice group. She represents banks and other institutional lenders with real estate secured and asset-based lending, with a focus on franchisefinance transactions. Zona also assists clients with business and commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes title and survey review, due diligence and facilitating transaction closings.
