SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Arizonar -- Royse Contemporary is proud to present "Storytelling", a group exhibition exploring the concepts, influences, and emotional connection related to storytelling. "Storytelling is the art of conveying information or experiences....revealing ideas, elements, and images to their audience. It's a powerful communication tool that can engage, educate, and inspire.
"Storytelling through art is an effective catalyst that artists may utilize with various visual art forms to convey narratives, express emotions, ideas and/or emotions. I think artists create unique and original artworks that evoke stories, characters, and themes within their viewers encouraging the viewer to connect on some level with the artwork."
Royse has curated a captivating collection of work by artists working in an array of mediums including painting, drawing, photography, and mixed media. This exhibition showcases the work of eight noteworthy Arizona artists including: Cherie Buck-Hutchison, Cam DeCaussin, Peter Brian Klein, Joe Ray, Daniel Shepherd, Marilyn Szabo, Casey Wakefield, and Ron Bimrose. Each artist approaches their work in an original way, and we are delighted to bring this dynamic collection of work to Royse Contemporary.
