Snell & Wilmer Coronavirus Legal Aid Clinic Provides Free Legal Help to Local Arizonans

PHOENIX - Arizonar -- Snell & Wilmer, in conjunction with Community Legal Services, is pleased to offer free legal information through the Snell & Wilmer Coronavirus Legal Aid Clinic to those in need from problems arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. This service can help individuals with general questions regarding pandemic-related issues.

"The clinic is a great opportunity for those who require assistance during this unprecedented time to receive free legal help," said Craig A. Logsdon, Snell & Wilmer Phoenix partner. "We've been helping people navigate these issues since the clinic opened and it's an honor to give back to the community in a time of need."

The clinic is limited to addressing questions in three categories: unemployment insurance, CARES Act, and inability to pay rent for housing. Snell & Wilmer attorneys can provide information on Arizona unemployment insurance for income loss due to the coronavirus pandemic, unreceived CARES Act stimulus checks, and when and how to notify a landlord of an inability to pay rent due to income losses related to the pandemic and what may happen next.
