PHOENIX - Arizonar -- Snell & Wilmer attorney Kevin J. Parker has announced he will retire from the practice of law and the firm, effective today.
"Parker exemplified what it means to be a Snell & Wilmer attorney," said Adam Lang (https://www.swlaw.com/people/adam_lang), commercial litigation practice group leader. "Not only is he an exceptional attorney, but he is an even better mentor, friend, and colleague. He helped shape many of us into the attorneys we are, and we will be forever grateful. While he will be sorely missed, we look forward to living vicariously through him as he enjoys his well-deserved retirement."
Parker has been with Snell & Wilmer for 37 years and was part of the real estate litigation, trust and estate litigation, and business and commercial litigation practice groups. From 2008 to 2018, Parker served as Co-Chair of Snell & Wilmer's Real Estate Litigation practice group. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law from 2014 through 2018, teaching real estate litigation. For many years, Parker also served as Co-Chair of Snell & Wilmer's Trust & Estate Litigation practice group, and on the American Bar Association Committee on Estate and Trust Litigation and Controversy.
