Brinson represents businesses and individuals in various complex dispute resolution and litigation matters throughout the United States. He regularly works for his clients in state and federal courts, in mediation and arbitration proceedings, appeals, and in other alternative forms of dispute resolution. Brinson represents Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies across the country, including software companies, financial institutions, manufacturers, wholesalers, service providers, retailers, farmers, and business owners. Brinson has significant experience advising clients on a wide variety of insurance matters, including insurance recovery litigation and procurement issues. Brinson received his J.D. from Cornell University and his B.S. in Finance with a minor in Political Science from Arizona State University.
