PHOENIX, Aug. 4, 2025 ~ Gilbert, Arizona - Thompson Thrift, a leading real estate company specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, industrial and commercial projects, has announced the start of construction on The Residences at The Gilmore. This new development is part of The Gilmore, a 35-acre mixed-use project located in the Phoenix suburb of Gilbert. The company anticipates welcoming its first residents in early 2027.
