PHOENIX, Nov. 6, 2023 ~ Thompson Thrift, a nationally recognized real estate company, has announced the development of Refinery at Pointe17, a 224-unit Class A multifamily community near the $40+ billion Taiwan Semiconductor Plant (TSMC) in northern Phoenix.
