~ A water main break has caused traffic restrictions at the intersection of Mesa Drive and Brown Road, according to officials. The damage to the water main has resulted in crews working tirelessly to repair it.

The restrictions, which are subject to change, will remain in place until further notice. Drivers are advised to avoid the intersection if possible until repairs are complete.

For southbound drivers on Mesa Drive, they will need to take a detour onto either eastbound Brown Road towards Stapley or westbound Brown Road towards Center Street. Meanwhile, northbound drivers on Mesa Drive will not be able to make left turns at Brown Road and traffic will be reduced to one lane. They can either continue north on Mesa Drive or turn right onto eastbound Brown Road.

Eastbound drivers on Brown Road will not be able to make right turns at Mesa Drive and through traffic will be reduced to one lane. However, the left turn lane will remain open for those wanting to turn north onto Mesa Drive. Similarly, westbound drivers on Brown Road will not be able to make left turns at Mesa Drive but both lanes for through traffic will remain open.

Officials have stated that updates will be provided as they become available. In the meantime, drivers are urged to use caution and follow all posted signs and detours in the area.
