Shows the value of connections threw twists in Babylon myths.
SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. - Arizonar -- Forgotten Babylon author Mia Vasquez tells stories that are critical to the world of heroes and legends. Her novel is heavenly influenced by the stories of Gilgamesh and Enkidu which history has only been able to save fragments of. She has tried her best to put together references made of the heroes to tell their stories so a new age can embrace these two who have influenced several other stories threw the ages.
She had to draw on some Egyptian and Greek stories as well in order to try and fill holes but came to the conclusion most myths changed the names but referred to the similar fates for their gods and roles, they played but several showed evidence they may have been influenced by previous cultures as far as history will allow one to date back to at least. She decided in her adaption she would change Enkidu into a woman and give the characters the name Arwen and Gilmos. She always felt that the idea that kindness and friendship have the power to change the world is a critical thing that must be shared because so many are tested on their morals in life.
