ARDI independently fielded over 3,500 inquiries from ARMLS subscribers
TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizonar -- The ARMLS® (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service), representing over 39,000 real estate professionals, successfully launched its new Solid Earth dashboard on April 27th. While major technology transitions of this scale often strain resources, the rollout has been defined by unprecedented efficiency thanks to a strategic collaboration between two industry vendors: Voiceflip and Solid Earth.
Central to the smooth transition was ARDI, Voiceflip's AI-driven virtual assistant. In the first few days following the launch, ARDI independently fielded over 3,500 inquiries from ARMLS subscribers. By providing instant, 24/7 answers to routine questions regarding login procedures, password resets, and dashboard navigation, the AI assistant successfully guided agents with tasks that would have otherwise required an estimated 400 hours of manual human support. ARDI not only benefited subscribers but aided MLS support reps.
Industry Leadership Perspectives
"Since our launch on April 27th, ARDI has fielded over 3,500 questions regarding the new dashboard and login setups for ARMLS's 39,000+ subscribers," said Kurtis Cicalo, CEO of Voiceflip. "That equals roughly 400 hours of human time saved. It's a testament to how AI can protect a staff's time during major transitions, especially when dealing with a subscriber base of this magnitude."

The initiative highlights the power of interoperability in the PropTech sector. Rather than working in silos, Voiceflip and Solid Earth coordinated to ensure that the AI was fully equipped to handle the specific "day-one" needs of brokers and agents using the new dashboard.
"The story of two vendors working together for the benefit of their mutual client is a powerful one," added Eric Stegemann, CEO of Solid Earth. "While many of the initial queries involve routine tasks like password resets or navigating the new interface, having ARDI there to guide them through those hurdles means a smoother adoption of the Solid Earth dashboard across the board."
