Walmart Legal Dept Served Demand for Refund Letter or Small Claims Court Action

Walmart Inc has refused to refund a loyal customer of $113.49 from their unauthorized debits to customers bank account in August of 2023.

Release: Walmart Legal Department in Bentonville, AR has been served by email submission a Demand for Refund Letter for $113.49 for the loyal customer who's checking account had three unauthorized debits on August 9th and 10th from Walmart. Customer made no online purchases on said dates as confirmed by Walmart. Customers bank alerted the customer of the three u authorized debits of $113.49 which the customer acted immediately and cancelled the debit card Walmart Inc used for the debits.  Walmart's Legal Dept refused to address the matter and retained a South Carolina Law Firm to act on behalf of Walmart Inc for $113.49 owed to the loyal customer of 10 years online and at their stores.  Walmart Inc has refused to open an investigation, assign a case or file number as only to state Walmart has closed this matter.Walmart Legal was swerved this Demand of Refund by September 28, 2023 or be subject to a Small Claims suit for $113.49 plus court and legal fees, interest owed and any additional fees that the Court deems just and fair under the full extent of the law.
