PHOENIX, Dec. 3, 2024 ~ Phoenix, AZ - National multifamily developer Wood Partners has recently expanded its presence in the Phoenix metro area with the opening of two new properties, Alta Avondale and Alta Rise. These developments will add a total of 630 units to the fifth-largest metro in the country.

The complex is conveniently located just south of Interstate 10, providing easy access to both the West Valley and metro Phoenix. It is also within minutes from popular attractions such as State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Casino, and Westgate Entertainment District.
