Wood Partners Delivers Two Multifamily Communities in Phoenix

PHOENIX, Dec. 3, 2024 ~ Phoenix, AZ - National multifamily developer Wood Partners has recently expanded its presence in the Phoenix metro area with the opening of two new properties, Alta Avondale and Alta Rise. These developments will add a total of 630 units to the fifth-largest metro in the country.

Alta Avondale is a 360-unit project situated on 14 acres of land in The BLVD in Avondale. This vibrant mixed-use destination offers an array of eateries, entertainment options, shopping centers, and recreational facilities. The complex is conveniently located just south of Interstate 10, providing easy access to both the West Valley and metro Phoenix. It is also within minutes from popular attractions such as State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Casino, and Westgate Entertainment District.

Residents at Alta Avondale can enjoy a variety of amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a speakeasy lounge, a pickleball court, co-working spaces with private offices, private garages, a dog park, and a skydeck with stunning mountain views. The community offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment layouts and is expected to be fully completed by January 2025.
