~ Mesa, Arizona - The Willmeng Arizona Celebration of Freedom is gearing up for its annual Fourth of July event, and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever. As part of Mesa's America250 celebration, the event will feature new attractions that are sure to delight attendees.
One of the most highly anticipated additions to the celebration is a patriotic drone show sponsored by NTT Global Data Centers. Approximately 200 drones operated by Pulse Drones will take to the sky, forming aerial images that pay tribute to our nation's 250th birthday.
In addition to the drone show, the Patriotic Military Showcase has also expanded this year. More than 25 vintage military vehicles will be on display, including a 1942 GPW Jeep, a 1945 MB Willys, and a 1952 M38A1 Jeep. Attendees can also expect to see aircraft such as a T33 "T Bird" and an MD500 Little Bird helicopter. Recruiters from the Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps will be present at the showcase, and an Army enlistment ceremony will take place.
