Radiant Construction LLC, an affordable, faith-based custom home builder and general contractor in Phoenix, Arizona, opens across the Valley with free estimates, line-item bids and one point of contact from start to finish.
PHOENIX - Arizonar -- Radiant Construction LLC, a faith-based general contractor and custom home builder, has opened in Phoenix, Arizona, serving homeowners across the Valley. The company builds custom homes and handles large remodels at affordable, line-item prices, and homeowners can request a free estimate online.
Owner Shane McBurney named the company after Psalm 34:5, "Those who look to him are radiant." In his words, Radiant was "not about just starting a business, it was about answering a calling to build with a purpose." Clients do not have to share that faith to hire Radiant. Its website has a Prayer Requests page open to anyone, whether they hire the company or not.

Pricing is straightforward. McBurney writes every bid himself, line by line, and runs every job. There is no handoff to a project manager. If something turns up behind a wall, the homeowner gets a call with a price before work continues.
McBurney holds Arizona Registrar of Contractors license ROC #367703, a KB-1 Dual building contractor license, and Radiant is licensed, bonded and insured. He was born and raised in the Valley and spent five years building and remodeling homes around Phoenix before putting his own name on a license in 2026.
Radiant builds custom homes on a lot the homeowner owns or is buying, including lots where a house stands now. It also takes on whole home remodels, large kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions including second stories, garage conversions, and load bearing wall removal with an engineered beam and a permit.
The free estimate starts online. The request form asks for the city, the project type and a short description, then McBurney visits the space and writes up an estimate with no obligation. Requests start at https://radiant-construction.com.

Radiant works across the Valley, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Arcadia, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, Tempe and North Peoria.
Sonoran Intelligence LLC, an AI marketing consultancy in Phoenix, designed and built the site.
