Service-disabled veteran-owned custom printing company introduces free shipping threshold on DTF transfers, custom stickers, and newly launched blank apparel offerings.
MARICOPA, Ariz. - Arizonar -- Transfers42, the customer-facing brand of Little 6 Industries LLC, announced today the launch of free shipping on all orders over $142. The new shipping threshold is now active on the company's website and applies automatically at checkout with no promotional code required.
The free shipping benefit covers Transfers42's full product line including DTF transfers, custom die-cut stickers, gang sheets, and the company's recently launched blank apparel offerings (shirts, hats, hoodies, polos, and more).
"Setting the threshold at $142 was intentional," said Matt Harvey, owner of Little 6 Industries. "It's the number that protects our shipping economics while remaining achievable for real customer orders. Customers who bundle multiple products, order in meaningful quantities, or combine our new blank apparel with their DTF transfer orders will hit the threshold easily."
The announcement comes on the heels of Transfers42's expansion into blank apparel sourcing, which allows customers to order shirts, hats, and other blanks alongside decoration services without requiring wholesale supplier accounts or minimum quantities. Bundling blanks with DTF transfers creates a natural path to reach the free shipping threshold.

Local pickup remains free at Transfers42's Maricopa production facility regardless of order size, providing an alternative for area customers who prefer to avoid shipping altogether. This option is particularly popular with Maricopa-area decorators, small businesses, and event organizers.
The company's product line spans multiple decoration methods and customer segments. DTF transfers serve custom apparel decorators, print-on-demand shops, and small businesses. Custom stickers support marketing campaigns, product packaging, and promotional giveaways. The recently added blank apparel provides an integrated sourcing solution for customers who previously had to coordinate between multiple suppliers.
"Free shipping isn't a gimmick for us," Harvey said. "It's part of making the ordering experience simpler for the small business customers we serve. Everything we do at Transfers42 is oriented around making custom printing accessible, reliable, and straightforward."
Little 6 Industries is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified through the SBA. The company operates three brands from its Maricopa location: Little 6 Industries (B2B custom printing and government contracting), Transfers42 (customer-facing DTF, apparel, and custom stickers), and Promo with Grace (promotional products). Owner Matt Harvey served 25 years in the Arizona Army National Guard before retiring in March 2026 to focus on the business full-time.
